Project Summary
“Working on the University of Warwick Student Accommodation project has been immensely rewarding. Our commitment to employing advanced BIM methodologies has not only enhanced the precision of our MEP services but also facilitated seamless coordination with structural elements and other trades. By creating detailed 3D models of all plant equipment, prefabricated modules, and access zones, we ensured optimal efficiency and minimised potential clashes during construction. Managing the EDMS effectively streamlined communication and data management, enabling us to respond promptly to technical queries and adjustments. Producing comprehensive 2D drawings further supported our goal of delivering a high-quality installation that meets both design intent and operational requirements. It's been a pleasure to contribute to this project, knowing that our efforts will contribute to providing modern and functional living spaces for the University of Warwick's students.”

Virtual Coordination
Effective coordination is critical to the BIM process. The cycle starts at the pre-design stage and continues, with the help of 3D, through detailed design during which collaboration is the key.
Laser Scanning
Accurate plans and information are essential to BIM – but there are times when limited information is available. Under these circumstances we use 3D laser scanning of an existing building or site.
Drawing Production
By providing both MEP services and MEP drawings, we work as an integrated, pro-active team, engaging with our clients to help at both the conceptual and construction-status stages of a project.
