"The unique challenges presented by this high-security, sensitive location pushed us to leverage our expertise and advanced BIM capabilities to their fullest. Our primary task was to take over at Stage 5 and refine the detailed construction information from the consultant’s design, focusing heavily on the MEP services, particularly the intricate chilled water system needed to cool the data cabinets. The precision required to route chilled water mains beneath the raised service floor, navigating a complex grid of floor pedestals, was a significant challenge."
