Project Summary
“Working on the Rathbone Square project was an immensely rewarding experience. Adhering to BIM Level 2 LOD 400, we meticulously created 3D virtual models for all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services and equipment within the apartments. The ability to clash detect early in the process was crucial in resolving potential issues before they impacted the project timeline. Asset tagging of all maintainable plant and equipment has significantly enhanced the facilities management capabilities for the long term. Additionally, our team produced precise 2D installation drawings and actively participated in bi-weekly BIM review meetings to keep the project on track. It was a pleasure to contribute to such a landmark development in the heart of London, and the chance to out on site on a regular basis provided good appreciation of site operatives.”

Virtual Coordination
Effective coordination is critical to the BIM process. The cycle starts at the pre-design stage and continues, with the help of 3D, through detailed design during which collaboration is the key.
Laser Scanning
Accurate plans and information are essential to BIM – but there are times when limited information is available. Under these circumstances we use 3D laser scanning of an existing building or site.
Drawing Production
By providing both MEP services and MEP drawings, we work as an integrated, pro-active team, engaging with our clients to help at both the conceptual and construction-status stages of a project.
