Optimised to understand the logistics of the build sequencing on building 7/8 4D scheduling
We engaged BIMTech Engineering to assist with a review of our construction programme on a typical floor by using 4D model sequencing. Their understanding of the construction industry made the process seamless and the results of the 4D model proved invaluable. From the model and report we were able to see potential sequencing and logistic issues before they became an issue on site. This enabled us to re-visit the programme and make the necessary changes to resolve the issues. This has opened our eyes to the benefit of 4D planning.

Chris Parker Senior Building Services Manager - SISK

Circle Square proved to be a great project for BIMTech to be involved with, as we worked on many different buildings within the development for many different clients, being able to experience the project through all the design stages: Working with Crookes Walker Consultants for buildings 5/6 & 7/8 at design Stages 3 and 4. Working with SES on building 9 for Stages 4, 5 & 6 taking the model and drawings from technical design through to construction and hand over. Working with Sisk at Stage 5 to produce a 4D sequencing animated model & report aligning to their programme of construction

Virtual Coordination

Effective coordination is critical to the BIM process. The cycle starts at the pre-design stage and continues, with the help of 3D, through detailed design during which collaboration is the key.

Laser Scanning

Accurate plans and information are essential to BIM – but there are times when limited information is available. Under these circumstances we use 3D laser scanning of an existing building or site.
