Project Summary
"I am truly delighted with the collaboration and progress achieved on the Canada Gardens project. Transitioning the BIM models from RIBA stage 4a to LOD500 for 743 apartments across 7 blocks has been a significant endeavour. The bi-weekly BIM meetings have been instrumental in maintaining alignment and addressing any concerns promptly. Managing the complexity of 36 architectural types and 48 MEP variations, including intricate elements like drainage offsets and MVHR units, has been both challenging and rewarding. The integration of district heating systems and the design of ground and upper ground plant areas further underscore our commitment to sustainable, efficient solutions. Overall, Canada Gardens exemplifies excellence in modern residential development, and I am proud of our team's contribution to shaping this visionary project within Wembley Park's dynamic landscape."

Virtual Coordination
Effective coordination is critical to the BIM process. The cycle starts at the pre-design stage and continues, with the help of 3D, through detailed design during which collaboration is the key.
Laser Scanning
Accurate plans and information are essential to BIM – but there are times when limited information is available. Under these circumstances we use 3D laser scanning of an existing building or site.

By providing both MEP services and MEP drawings, we work as an integrated, pro-active team, engaging with our clients to help at both the conceptual and construction-status stages of a project.
