Project Summary
“Bishopsgate 8 was an extremely vast and impressive project to be involved with. The project brought its own challenges due to the sheer scale of the build, along with challenges out of control due to the Covid 19 virus. The design was changed throughout the project to ensure that the building and its uses were friendly for general life inclusive of Covid-19. The adaptability and improvisation to deal with arising issues throughout the project was extremely impressive. The viewing deck across the London skyline would hold majestic views for the public. It is on my list as a must visit soon.”

Virtual Coordination
Effective coordination is critical to the BIM process. The cycle starts at the pre-design stage and continues, with the help of 3D, through detailed design during which collaboration is the key.
Laser Scanning
Accurate plans and information are essential to BIM – but there are times when limited information is available. Under these circumstances we use 3D laser scanning of an existing building or site.

By providing both MEP services and MEP drawings, we work as an integrated, pro-active team, engaging with our clients to help at both the conceptual and construction-status stages of a project.
