BIM Technician – Manchester
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced BIM Technician to join our team in Manchester. In this role you will be required to produce and maintain accurate building information models and drawings, of building services, for use in all stages of the project, design, coordination, manufacture, and installation using Revit. The role is office based where you will be working within a modern office in Manchester City Centre whilst working alongside a friendly and close-knit team. This role would ideally suit an experienced BIM Technician who has good knowledge of Revit and is looking to join a stable, expanding, well run business where you will enjoy variety within your role and be well looked after.

- Working on varied projects across multiple construction Sectors (large and small)

- MEP services modelling using Revit
- Production of detailed drawing sheets
- Updating of drawings to as built status
- Following of technical manuals and QA documentation
- Using Revit templates to set up drawing sheets
- Reviewing models and performing clash detection reports
- Sourcing of technical information
- Minimum 2 years industry experience and fluent in CAD/BIM.
- Proficient in the use of Revit.
- MEP building services experience.
- Must be an effective communicator and confident with client liaison.
