Belfast Children’s Hospital

The new 10-storey healthcare facility, spanning 52,000 square metres, is set to offer 155 patient beds, 11 operating theatres, a full emergency department, advanced imaging services, and a comprehensive outpatient centre capable of serving up to 45,000 children each year. Expected to take five years to build, the hospital aims to redefine paediatric care standards in Northern Ireland. Notably, 80% of the beds will be in private rooms with ensuite bathrooms, and the design will also include spaces for parents, communal areas, and dedicated zones for healthcare staff.

10 King William Street

The 10 King William Street project, an 8-storey commercial development above the new Bank underground station, has secured specialist support for MEPH 3D modelling and drawing production. Following the successful delivery of Holborn Viaduct, the project will benefit from a fully clash-detected installation model, ensuring seamless coordination between MEPH services, structural, architectural, and other building elements.
