2000 Discovery Drive

The 2000 Discovery Drive project is a six-floor laboratory and office building with a 60:40 lab-to-office split, featuring subdivisions ranging from 7,000 to 20,000 sq. ft. The ground floor will house reception areas, office and lab spaces, as well as plant rooms, including the switchroom, MER room, and water tank room, while the majority of the plant will be located on roof levels 6 & 7.

UNIV North

The UNIV North site is being constructed within the University College Oxford Campus to add further student accommodation and facilities, it consists of 6 newly constructed buildings and a refurbishment of an existing building, the construction of the new buildings is predominately made from CLT (cross laminated timber) structural walls and glulam beams.
